Last week we shot a Vacation Rental in Indio, CA. What an awesome place, beautiful mountain views, warm weather, golf, casino... not to mention the house, a 3 bedroom, 2700 sq.ft. desert oasis located in a gated community with a private pool and spa. Located 5-15 mins from Palm Desert and Palm Springs, home of the El Paseo Shopping District, the Rodeo Drive of the Desert, for all of you shoppers and over 25 golf courses. While offering real estate full motion video tours, CMP's video production team is also providing YouTube™ Search Engine Optimization (SEO) services for these tours. In addition, we are utilizing Social Media Marketing (SMM) via Facebook, twiiter®, and LinkedIn™. With these SMM tools, we are gaining more exposure for our clients properties and branding our clients. The CMP video team also assists in syndication of our video tours. CMP has taken on some new projects lately. We have started creating video walk-throughs for local realtor, Ray De Silva. He has some amazing properties he is listing. Hi everyone, I spent some time today listening to Focus on the Family. The speaker mentioned today the trend of Neo-Survivalism. So I did some digging and realized this is something more people should consider. I am a "Prepper" at heart. I want to be prepared when the "Big ____" happens, you can fill in the blank as you see fit. In my home, that blank is "Earthquake." It is frustrating to see so many family, friends, and neighbors just go about their life without preparing for disaster, weather is it is man-made or natural. Usually they joke, "I'm coming to your house." They will not be joking when it DOES happen. So I challange you to be a "Prepper." Here is a link to a short video: Survivalism 101.
